Your Conference (Two Day) registration fee will include an Electronic Conference Proceedings, Professional Development Courses (PDCs), access to SMTA Penang Expo, Soldering Competition, coffee breaks, and lunches.

Group Registration Discounts

Register 3, Get 1 FREE:
Register four people for the Technical Conference and pay for only three! The four people must be from the same company and location, and registrations must be submitted consecutively. Not applicable for speaker rates. The discount will be processed at SMTA headquarters, and is not available on-site.

PAYMENT

All payments must be paid in full prior to event date. A purchase order is not an accepted form of payment. If you are paying by check or wire transfer, please note that the payment must be postmarked by the corresponding deadline.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

SMTA reserves the right to cancel any event due to low attendance. Registration fees will be refunded (less a $75 processing fee) if written notice is postmarked two weeks prior to the event date. Cancellations received within two weeks of event date will not be refunded to cover costs incurred. Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.

SMTA shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of the SMTA or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, SMTA shall not be liable for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, or financial losses.
