CHANDLER, ARIZONA, March 30, 2011 - ISOLA Group, S.a.r.l. announced today the appointment of Michael Gastonguay as Corporate Vice President, Quality-Operational Excellence. Reporting directly to Ray Sharpe, President and CEO, Mike will lead Isola's global efforts focused on quality and Lean Six Sigma.
Mike joins Isola from Avaya where he was a senior executive responsible for implementing company-wide Lean Six Sigma processes. Prior to Avaya, Mike spent over 30 years with the GE Corporation, including senior positions in Financial Services, Healthcare Life Sciences and Aerospace-Electronics, focusing at each of these GE business units on quality and operational improvements.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University and a Master in Business Administration degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
