ZESTRON Further Expands its Customer Support Team in South East Asia
Manassas, VA - November 15, 2010 - As part of the company's "Global Link" initiative, ZESTRON, the worldwide leading provider of high precision cleaning products and services for the electronics manufacturing industry, has recently expanded its application technology team in Kulim, Malaysia, to ensure the best customer support.
In the beginning of 2010, ZESTRON announced a comprehensive "Global Link" initiative with the goal to create a borderless engineering environment, enabling customers to receive faster and more effective assistance with their precision cleaning challenges. "Expanding our local teams is just one of the ways to globally link our state-of-the-art Technical Centers and to provide unparalleled customer service - globally and locally," says Dr. Harald Wack, President, ZESTRON.
With more than six years of industry experience, BH Tan joined the ZESTRON team as Sales Manager and will be responsible for supporting the company's South Asian distributor network and managing key accounts. Asyrafi Subre, Process Engineer, also joined ZESTRON's application technology team. He will work very closely with current and future customers fully supporting all aspects of their cleaning processes such as development, implementation, monitoring and optimization, thereby ensuring that they meet their cleaning challenges.
