Our client company is a prestigious Electronics Manufacturer and they have an urgent staffing need for a Manufacturing Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the continuous operation of multiple Surface Mount lines to ensure that Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing deadlines are met. You will be very hands-on out on the manufacturing floor to troubleshoot SMT line problems, gather & analyze data, implement corrective actions, and develop preventative maintenance procedures. The qualified candidate MUST have:

*Three (3) plus years of hands-on Manufacturing or Process Engineering experience with Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA). *Solid background in maintaining continuous operation of surface mount line equipment including wave solder, pick & place, and conformal coating. *Strong technical understanding of the processes utilized in the assembly of printed circuit boards. *Accustomed to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. *Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering related curriculum is highly desired.
