In the position of Director of Program Management you will be responsible for the general management of all programs through the day-to-day supervision, coordination, and effectiveness of the Program Management office staff. You will establish the broad set of requirements with the Program Management staff in order to fulfill the Program Plan. You will also establish the overall program budget, cost controls, and schedule with the staff, and assess performance as required. You will coordinate and evaluate, with the staff, financial and other trade-off analyses required for reaching decisions with the respect to proposed changes in the program. In addition, you will refine the overall Program Plan, as required, to reflect on-going status, achievement and program changes to the General Manager.

The qualified candidate for Director of Program Management MUST have:

  • Ten (10) plus years of experience in a responsible role working in the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) Industry.
  • Several years of current/recent experience working in an EMS facility in Mexico.
  • Three (3) plus years of experience as a Director of Program Management, Manager of Program Management, and/or similar role.
  • Proven success managing multiple customers and programs.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Excellent professional references.
