Zestron Academy Technical Leader

General Job Summary: ZESTRON, the global leading provider of high precision cleaning materials for high reliability electronics and semiconductor manufacturing is seeking a Technical Leader dedicated to growing the Zestron Academy business in the Americas by developing compelling technical knowledge content for training and consulting services. The Zestron Academy Technical Leader will also expand Zestron's internal team knowledge through networking with industry technical experts and developing new process and analytic technologies.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a training and consulting services business plan for Zestron Academy in the Americas.
  • Research projects and studies to expand Zestron and industry knowledge on new processes and analytics.
  • Strengthen relationships with scientific and technical industry experts and collaborate on development.
  • Participate in industry trade associations to network with industry scientific and technical experts.
  • Prepare and coordinate all Zestron Americas technical papers and present periodically at trade events.
  • Promote and execute high value and differentiated training and consulting services.
  • Organize the Academy efficiently with procedures for all high priority processes.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge content and platform formats in coordination with Marketing team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and close Academy sales opportunities.
  • Team with Application Technology Engineering and R&D in maintaining internal technical knowledge.
  • Conduct internal technical training on new technologies as requested by department managers.

    Knowledge Required:

  • PhD degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related electronics or semi-conductor industry relevant technical degree.
  • 10 years process or product development experience in electronic and semiconductor industries.
  • Strong technical expert network with industry CM’s, OEM’s, and equipment/consumable providers.
  • Led and presented significant technical research on electronics or semiconductor processes and analytics.

  • Proficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing, speaking, and technical math.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with credibility among leading industry experts.
  • Consistently taking initiative to create new knowledge content and improve existing content.
  • Proven excellence in training challenging technical content to diverse audiences.
  • Effective team player at all levels within an organization.
  • Very detail oriented, organized, and reliable.
