Our complete range of products are used in the electronic manufacturing markets. Our solutions range from SMT stencils to solder products, water treatment, high precision cut parts, nano coatings to recovery services. FCT is headquartered in Greeley, Colorado with manufacturing location throughout North America and the world.

POSITION OVERVIEW The Regional Sales Representative will drive short and long term revenue growth for the company focusing on several key areas; new market identification/penetration, existing customer growth cross selling other products and development of new account opportunities.


Identify emerging markets

  • Aggregate leads from multiple sources to develop target account list
  • Prepare market focused presentations focused on key customers

    Develop new accounts

  • Identify “must have” customers within key markets and work to unearth and close new business opportunities.
  • Engage with all departments and manage opportunities from concept through design to manufacturing, to ensure successful closure.
  • Travel to accounts as needed to build strong customer relationships
  • Maintain funnel of new business opportunities and track progress.


  • Assist in the preparation of strategic plan, annual budget and other presentations.
  • Ability to travel minimum of 30%

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT Three (3) to six (6) years proven track record in B2B Solution Sales; preferably in high tech OEM and Contract Manufacturing Surface Mount Electronic Assembly. Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Tools and CRM software (SalesForce). Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
