Novel Processing Methods For Electronic Materials

Abstract: As material properties are advanced through the study of nanotechnology, we find some of the techniques used – ultrasonic precipitation, plasma synthesis, combustion synthesis and microwave processing – can be applied to a range of electronic materials both nano and micron size. This paper outlines some of the synthesis technologies and the materials relevant to electronics that can be processed using these technologies.
