Congratulations Speakers!
Your paper was selected by the Technical Committee and scheduled for presentation at SMTAI 2010 in Orlando, Florida. Please complete and return the Contact Information Form to confirm your participation at SMTAI as a speaker, and also to verify your correct mailing information for conference correspondence. If you are the contact for the paper only and the speaker has not been identified, please complete the form with your information and insert TENTATIVE after your name.
Conference Registration.
All speakers and panelists are required to register for the conference. Speakers and panelists are eligible for a reduced price and SMTA members save even more money! Check out the special Conference Packages available, and register by September 24 for the 'Early Bird' discount to get the most value for your conference dollar.
We'd like to share some tips and cost cutting ideas that may help get the approval you need from your manager for you and your colleagues to attend the Technical Conference and visit with exhibitors. Click on "Ask Your Boss" for links to sample formats that you can personalize for a written memo or a meeting with your boss.
Hotel Reservations.
We encourage you to make your reservations at the Swan and Dolphin Resort as soon as possible to assure that you have the accommodations that best suit your needs.
Attendee support of the official show hotel is what allows us to hold our annual conference at such a wonderful property and it is also the most convenient option for our conference attendees and exhibitors!
Make your reservation online or call the hotel directly at: 1-800-227-1500 and reference "SMTAI 2010" to receive the discounted rate of $189.
Technical Papers - Final papers are due on Monday, August 2, 2010!
To help you prepare your technical paper for the Proceedings CD-Rom, please download the Speaker Manual which includes SMTA format requirements, a sample paper to use as a visual reference, and a pre-conference calendar with deadlines.
The 8.5 X 11 and A4 templates are available to help you format your final paper correctly.

Your paper was accepted and scheduled for presentation with the understanding that a written technical paper for the Proceedings CD-ROM and a presentation at SMTA International are required for all speakers. Papers (6-10 pages including tables, graphs, and images) are due August 2, 2010 and should describe significant results from experiments, emphasize new techniques, and contain technical, economic, or appropriate test data. Technical papers and presentation materials must be original, unpublished, and non-commercial in nature.

After your final paper is submitted:
Submit your presentation to your session chair by Friday, September 24. It is also recommended that you bring your presentation on a flash drive.
