Important details:
Buses will pick-up every 30 minutes from the Convention Center and from Billy Bob's. We will meet in the "Guitar Room" and have our food and gathering point entertainment there.

Register by 10/13 on-line for the reduced fee of $30 and we'll have a ticket waiting for you.
Full price tickets ($40) will also be available on-site at the conference on Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday.

The 100,000 sq. foot entertainment center boasts 32 bar stations, a Texas-size dance floor, and a capacity for more than 6,000 folks of all ages to enjoy the greatest entertainers. Over the past 30 years, Billy Bob’s has hosted the biggest names in country and classic rock including: Garth Brooks, George Strait, Alabama, Reba McEntire, Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Alan Jackson, and Johnny Cash. Non-country entertainers include: Bob Hope, Marvin Gaye, Ray Charles, Tina Turner, Pat Benatar, Ted Nugent, Kenny Loggins, Ringo Starr, Huey Lewis and the News, and more. Many of their handprints are displayed on the Wall of Fame.
