* Room availability is limited in each price category. Rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. A two-night hotel deposit will be billed to your credit card by the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel. Cancellations and no-shows received within 45 days up to arrival date will be assessed for one night of reserved stay, plus Hawaii State Sales Taxes.
Symposium registration fees are non-refundable.

Hotel Information
Information on registration and discounted hotel rates ($218-$265) at the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel will be forwarded upon receipt of your completed exhibit registration.
Save on your airfare by booking early. Check on additional savings if you fly Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. With a Saturday overnight, Hawaii is most affordable.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations and no-shows received within 45 days up to arrival date will be assessed for one night of reserved stay, plus Hawaii State Sales Taxes.
