General Job Summary: ZESTRON, the global leading provider of high precision cleaning materials for high reliability electronics and semiconductor manufacturing into markets such as aerospace, automotive, and medical, is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead consistent sales growth with multiple key global accounts based out of a home office. The Key Account Manager will also be responsible for leading the key account support team globally with other ZESTRON team members including regular progress reviews on goals and priorities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop global relationships with multiple decision makers and influencers at large key accounts.
  • Lead business growth at large key global accounts using consultative selling methods.
  • Coordinate global team to accelerate and synchronize key account project progress across regions.
  • Timely and accurate CRM software entries to improve team communication, planning, and execution.
  • Prospect for new business with regular planning, progress reviews, and adjustments to achieve plan.
  • Leverage technical expertise of global Application Technology Engineering team at key accounts.
  • Collaborate with global Marketing team on activities to increase new business leads at key accounts.
  • Assist in resolving conflicts with key account expectations and company capabilities.
  • Provide monthly key account summaries and three times a year presentations to global GM's.
  • Willing to travel 60-75% including semi-annual visits to key global customer and ZESTRON sites.

    Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10 years B2B technical sales experience of consumable products into electronics manufacturing or semiconductor manufacturing industries.
  • 5 years managing sales growth to key global electronics or semiconductor OEM and CM accounts.
  • Prior extensive business relationships with influencers and decision makers at key OEMs and CMs.
  • Adept in all stages of a complex high-value sell to global key accounts.
  • US person status preferred due to ITAR applications.
  • Working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

    Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing, speaking, and business math.
  • Prospecting to penetrate new business accounts and expand network within accounts.
  • Organized and detail oriented to leverage CRM technology to maximize sales funnel and wins.
  • Ability to work with other global team members and work through challenges across regions.
